There will also be a Democratic Caucus to choose Town Committee Members to serve a two-year term.	12 Connecticut Siting Council Start: 01/12/2010 14:00 The Connecticut Siting Council will hold hearings in Woodbridge to discuss a request by AT&T to put in a cell tower at 1900 Litchfield Turnpike. At 2 PM, a balloon is scheduled to be raised at the proposed site to provide information about how tall the tower will be.
