Apple is a huge hub that is constantly coming up with new apps and updates. And to add to this list, it is all ready to roll out a new app. The new app, entitled as “Clips,” is a video-making platform that permits the users to merge photos, music, and video clips in a single video. The user can also share these videos with other iOS users through Facebook, Messages app, Instagram, and other social networks.
The app has an option known as “Live Titles.” This feature generates animated titles and captions by using the voice of the user. It also enables the users to add speech bubbles, comic book filters, and other effects to the Live Titles. The app is also able to choose music tracks that are pre-loaded and then automatically adapts it to match the duration of the video.
Vice president of Apps’ product marketing of Apple, Susan Prescott, said, “Clips offers users of iPad and iPhone a novel way of expressing themselves via videos and is amazingly simple to use. The filters, effects, and amazing new Live Titles developed by us for Clips enable everyone to create great-looking, easy to share videos with only a few taps.”
Clips will be accessible to the users through the App Store by next month. This app is accordant with iPhone 5s and succeeding models. It also functions with all iPad Air, new 9.7-inch iPad, iPad Pro models, which are, iPad mini 2 & latest, and the sixth generation iPod touch.
Apart from Clips, Apple has also rolled out an update for its Swift Playgrounds app, which assists users learning code in an easy and funny manner. The update will be adding five more language support, namely, Japanese, German, French, Simplified Chinese, and Latin American Spanish. The app is available for downloading and is compatible with devices operating on iOS and above.
