Rescheduling due to the 2/10 winter storm has snowballed. None of this is posted yet, but I was granted early warning so that I could put cameras where they need to be. Information is always subject to change.

The Board of Selectmen usually schedules meetings on second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Fourth Wednesday serves as a back-up, to complete business from second Wednesday.

It happens that BOS scheduled their regular March meetings for 3/3 (instead of 3/10) and 3/24. The 3/3 meeting was scheduled because members expected to be out of town on 3/10. But because the February BOS meeting will take place on 2/24, and meetings in consecutive weeks are unnecessary, the 3/3 BOS meeting will be cancelled.

Normally, the 3/24 would be the back-up date for the March BOS meeting. However, because other essential people have made plans to be away that day (being accustomed to regular cancellation of the second meetings)--the March BOS probably will be scheduled for Monday, 3/22.

We have seen no meeting notice for an Amity budget workshop tentatively scheduled for Monday, 2/22, and assume it will not happen.
