Most people would agree that Chick-Fil-A has one of the fastest moving lines in the fast food world despite the amount of people crowding the place around lunch time. Now though, things just got much more simple with the new app launched Wednesday by Chick-Fil-A called One. The app allows you to place your order online without having to wait in line anymore.
Once you install the app you simply go to the tab that says treats. There you will be given several options to receive a free sandwich through June 30th 2016. Other features of the app include your unique profile, transaction history, menu, and the ability to look for a local restaurant in your area. According to this Chick-Fil-A page, you can also leave feedback which may include complete official surveys to share your customer experience with Chick-Fil-A headquarters in the near future.
We checked several local Chick-Fil-A stores to see how much attention the app received. One store owner told us it was a challenge to find seats for people. We also noted extra special attention was given to customers today as everyone clambers for free sandwiches. Our wait time today was no different than other days despite additional customers. It’s too early to say for sure how much of an impact the app will have on wait times, and lines, but it’s safe to say that Chick-Fil-A is going in the right direction to improve their ever increasing fan base of chicken eaters.
Above is a sample of the app, allowing you to choose the sandwich that you prefer. You will need to install the app to receive your free sandwich, as well as check official rules and FAQ’s for any questions you may have.
