Force is one of the India’s pioneer automaker that majorly deals in the LCV segment. It has the renowned brands like Matador, Tempo, and Traveller under its flagship.
Force also deals in the MUV and SUV that are best suited for the rough roads and remote areas. Its Trax and Cruiser were sometimes most preferred by the consumers due to its large seating space.
And retaining its name in the market, the automaker has recently introduced its 2017 Gurkha with loads of up-gradation.
Focusing on its power plant, the new 2017 Gurkha is power by the 2.6 liter engine that produces 86 horse powers which remains unchanged. The only exception is now it is has BS4 compliance. The four wheel and two wheel transmission is mated with newly designed gear box. The new Gurkha has new ladder frame chassis along with the integration of new suspension system.
The heavy duty SUV has new struts with gas-charged shock absorbers and anti-roll bar at the both front and rear side. The all wheel drive version of the vehicle is equipped with front and rear differential locking.
The new 2017 Gurkha will available in two trims; Xpedition and Xplorer. In which the Xplorer variant will be presented in 5-door style and 3-door body style. The seating capacities will be 4+1 and 7+1 which depends on the door variants. The 4WD transmission is limited to the Xplorer version.
The Xpedition model comes only with 5-door body style with a hardtop and seating arrangement is configured in 6+1 and 8+1 format.
Coming on to the interiors the new classy steering wheel, well crafted AC controls and gear lever. The exteriors got new grille and trendy bumpers and set of new A/T tires.
